Details
The luxury chalet has been thoughtfully laid out with the bedrooms and living areas in separate wings, thus allowing the night owls and early birds to co-exist without disturbing each other ... perfect when travelling with children.
The main open-plan living room offers the perfect entertaining space, whether for drinks with friends or casual family dinner. A child-friendly chalet for those with young children, there is also a separate mezzanine area for them to play in, without being too far away. And for children of all ages there is the fabulous cinema, with popcorn holders in the seats!
Each of the six ensuite bedrooms has been expertly designed and can be configured with twin or superking-sized beds - each of which comes laden with White Company linen.
Maison Blanche et Verte is offered on a fully catered basis.
Food is an important aspect of any holiday, but never more so than when you are skiing. At Maison Blanche et Verte all menus are designed by the Chalet's private chef to meet the clients’ individual requirements. They are by no means set in stone and can be adjusted to suit on the day. In addition there is an extensive wine cellar of house and a la carte wines to complement the excellent food.
For those travelling with children, the Chalet would be delighted to make any necessary childcare arrangements and have the chef prepare separate meals as required.

Location
Châtel is only 90 minutes drive from Geneva International Airport which is serviced by Air France, British Airways, Easyjet and Swiss. Transfers to and from Geneva International Airport are included. .
Please note that the location on this map is an approximate guide, often to the closest town or village.
The location
Châtel is a far cry from the purpose built resorts often associated with the larger ski areas. With over 650 km of perfectly interlinked skiing, the Portes du Soleil is actually the largest ski area in Europe and includes the other well-known French resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets and the Swiss resorts of Champéry, Morgins and Torgon. For those wanting a challenge, there is the world famous 'Swiss Wall' to test your nerve, or if you prefer your skiing a little more sedate there are the gentle slopes of Les Gets. Wherever you choose to ski, the whole area is beautifully linked.
In summer the pistes transform to perfect pastures for walking and cycling. Châtel really is a year round resort with a wealth of activities for the summer and breath taking picnic spots.
The chalet has a commanding position high in the resort, offering breathtaking views over the village. During winter, the lifts are easily accessible and during the summer, the swimming pool doors open up to help connect you with your surroundings.
Châtel still operates as a farming village and is therefore open all year round and has excellent shops, restaurants and bars within walking distanc
Eating out
