Wine Tasting Dinner in St Omer

by Paola Fiocchi Van den Brande

For those who love wine, we are excited to announce a wine tasting event in collaboration with Bringing Burgundy to You.

The Wine Tasting dinner will take place in St Omer, France, on Saturday 14th March.

Wonderful wines, great food and a weekend break in northern France

The evening will start at 6.00pm in a private room at Le Cygne Restaurant in St Omer, just 45 minutes from Channel ports. We’ll begin with a top Cremant de Bourgogne while we review recent harvests followed by a tutored tasting of a selection of Burgundy wines.

In addition to ordering wines for us to bring up to St Omer, the wines tasted on the evening will also be available for sale, although you are most welcome to join us for the dinner without buying any wine.

At 7.30pm, we will move into the Le Cygne restaurant for the excellent 5-course menu which will be paired with Burgundy wines from their list.

The evening will be €110 (circa £85) per head to include the wine tasting followed by dinner with wine.

It promises to be a wonderful, convivial evening of fine food and wine among like-minded people and is for a maximum of 10 people.
