I had the pleasure of interviewing our ultra-glamorous and Brussels connoisseur friend, Paola Carattoli Di Clemente, who definitely knows a thing or two about the coolest places to eat in Brussels.

La Table Rustique, located along the chic Avenue Louise.
Great for reading the morning papers while eating a healthy and delicious breakfast.
Start your morning at La Table Rustique, located in the Louise area. A cozy spot, it’s where you can relax and read your newspaper while nibbling on breakfast. Offering delicious breakfast options, all with healthy portions, in a serene setting, there’s no better way to start your day. It’s excellent for both small or large or groups, and in the summer, eat alfresco on the terrace in the back garden.
Comptoir Rodin , great venue for a top brunch!
Nestled between Ixelles and Etterbeek is the cozy Comptoir Rodin. This is the ideal place to meet up with friends and family over good coffee and brunch, within a space that has character and a unique ambience.
Offering simple, homemade seasonal cuisine that would win over the most discerning taste, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and organic options. Their Israeli-born and Brussels-based chef creates fusion dishes, including a large variety of salads, an assortment of pastries, and a lavish all-you-can eat weekend brunch buffet – all made with high-quality ingredients and local, seasonal products.

Odette en Ville , ideal spot for lunch in the heart of Chatelain.
For lunch, head over to Odette en Ville. Strategically located in the heart of Chatelain, this upscale brasserie is a milieu of refined elegance with its crisp white linens, candlelit tables, and warm décor, combined with a menu composed of classics with some modern twists.
The menu revolves around the quality of the best ingredients the season has to offer. A simple, refined cuisine, the menu changes with the seasons, yet offers up classics all year round.
Odette en Ville’s chic allure echoes an English club or the glamour of a New York City boutique hotel, not to be missed.
Pierre creates a weekly menu with a spotlight on locally sourced, fresh and seasonal produce.
The Restaurant by Pierre Balthazar, at The Hotel, is a Michelin-starred gem with an original gourmet concept where the menu changes weekly, not only evolving according to season, but also to the desires of the chef. Local, fresh, seasonal products could be prepared in a French, Thai, or Spanish style, depending on what is inspiring the chef.
All dishes fully embody authenticity and creativity of Pierre Balthazar and his team of top-notch chefs, resulting in a range of dishes based on recipes from all over the world. Pierre Balthazar manages and directs the cuisine at The Restaurant, and has also been the Executive Chef for the Council of the European Union and has catered for dozens of heads of state.
