A long, private driveway leads to the villa.

The spacious property has been tastefully renovated to the highest modern standards whilst still retaining its original character and many of its original features, such as exposed beams, stone arches and flagstone floors to create an impressive interior.

Lower Ground:
Large function room ideal for private events with capacity for up to 100 guests.
Two bedrooms each with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, Airco. The beds can be joined into a double bed.

Ground Floor:
An independent access via an outside staircase leads to a very spacious reception area on the ground floor.
A corridor leads to three bedrooms:
- King size bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower. Airco. TV.
- bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Airco. TV.
- King size bedroom, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower.TV.
A fourth bedroom can be accessed via the living room:

On the same floor you will also find the main fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 10 guests, a spacious reception area with plenty of sitting corners for 15 guests, fireplace and heating/A/C, a large formal dining room where up to 18 guests can be seated. Both have access to a terrace with a dining table for 10 guests.

The property is fully gated and guarantees total privacy.

The chapel is situated away from the main villa and is large enough to accommodate up to 30 guests.

Location

BY AIR Palma International Airport is 34Km from Porreres. Apprx 30 minutes drive. The villa can also be reach by helicopter, which can land onto the properties helipad.
How to get there

The castle is located 4 Km from the village of Porreres, in the southern part of the island of Majorca. Surrounded by rolling hills, Porreres is a traditional rural town with its weekly farmers' market, typical Spanish architecture, laid-back lifestyle and a choice of good bars and restaurants.

The village is home to a small modern art gallery which houses a number of work by renown artist Salvador Dali.

The nearest beaches are 12Km from the villa. The closest beach is El Trenc.

- Daily change of pool towels, baths towels change every 2 days, bed linen change twice a week
- Cleaning Service (included in the stay): General cleaning and daily maintenance. The cleaning service is carried out in the morning, 2 to 4 hours a day. Turn-down service: opening beds and water supply in all rooms.
General cleaning does not include: cleaning of utensils, kitchen equipment, electrical appliances used by clients during their stay, emptying of dishwasher, or table setting/clean-up

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance, together with any security deposit, will be requested 60 days prior to your check-in.
